Good rosé isn’t a byproduct, it’s a matter of style: For our rosé, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grapes are harvested early and gently pressed – resulting in its bright rose petal color, crisp freshness, and dry, invigorating drinkability. Best served at 8-10 °C. Tip: The rosé is also part of our tasting packages – ideal for getting to know the winery.
