New beginning celebrated for Weingut Anton Bauer – Presentation of the new Rosé as a total work of art by the Hochreiter Group
In the stylish ambiance of VERDI Restaurant, Wolfgang Hochreiter, owner of the Hochreiter Group, and Mag. Peter Weidinger, CEO of the Hochreiter Food Group and Weingut Anton Bauer, invited guests from business, gastronomy, art, and media to an exclusive presentation of wines from the traditional Wagram winery.
The focus was on the successful new beginning of Weingut Anton Bauer, which was acquired by the Hochreiter Group last year and thus sustainably repositioned. The Anton Bauer team presented the entire collection and provided a multifaceted insight into the style, origin, and character of the quality wines.
A special highlight was the presentation of the Anton Bauer Rosé Collection d’Art. The Rosé wine impresses with both its elegant style and its extraordinary artistic design. The label, designed by Beni Altmüller, gives the wine an unmistakable visual identity and makes each bottle a unique work of art. The project was initiated and accompanied by Walter Freller, who acted as a connecting element between the artist and the Hochreiter Group. This resulted in an extraordinary total work of art that impressively combines art, wine, and enjoyment.
Chef Erich Lukas and his team at VERDI Restaurant provided the culinary setting. A carefully composed multi-course menu with accompanying wine pairings harmoniously showcased the characteristics of the presented wines. Max Mayerhofer guided the event with charming and expert moderation. Guests used the special atmosphere for inspiring conversations, personal exchange, and enjoyable hours.
This event officially marked the festive launch of Weingut Anton Bauer as part of the Hochreiter Group. The evening impressively underscored the shared values that connect both companies: living tradition, the highest quality standards, a pronounced culture of enjoyment, and openness to creative impulses.
